Excel Tips, Tricks and Shortcuts

If you're looking for quick tips to improve your use of Excel, this is the training for you. No matter what your current level, you will get nuggets of wisdom to help you save time - and we make the training fun. You will learn valuable keyboard shortcuts, insider tips and hacks, and key ways to get more meaning out of your data faster. If Excel is not fun for you (yet), don't worry - Jennifer Buchholz of Excel and Flourish teaches in a way that helps all levels of learners. If you haven't taken an Excel training lately (or ever), we promise you will learn something to save you time! Specific questions are encouraged.

How to Master Microsoft Word

We’ve been using Word for years, but haven’t kept up with the software enhancements – now’s the time! This session will benefit users of all levels. We’ll show the secrets of using templates, formatting, and more. Come with questions about documents that frustrate you and we can answer those too.

Unleash the Secret Powers of PowerPoint

It’s so much more than just slides! We’ll cover at least 10 ways that you can use PowerPoint to deliver powerful messages. Whether it’s formatting a presentation, using images in slides, animations of objects or turning the presentations into multi-media video, PowerPoint has added a lot of new features – you need to know how to use them.

Excel - Turning Data into Results

We download data all the time – and then spend time cleaning it up to make it usable. Let’s find some shortcuts for doing that cleanup using flash fill, text to columns and PowerQuery. Then we can use a couple mouse clicks to summarize that data into something meaningful.

Understanding OneDrive Cloud Storage
